FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: internal and external firm facing are made in the form of internal panel of wood boards with facing of boards and external panel of wood boards with facing of sheets. Spacing between the panels are filled with vertically installed polyethylene tubes overlapped from above and below with polyethylene tubes laid horizontally. Tube ends are bolted to external and internal panels, and cavities of the tubes and intertube spacing are filled with foam plastic packed with polyethylene. EFFECT: improved protective ability of humans, improved tightness as compared to known engineering solutions concerning blast effects. 3 dwg
