FIELD: contacting devices to provide mass exchange between gaseous (vapor) and liquid phases, and in particular, bubbling plate-type columns for gas rectifying, absorbing, washing, preferentially in column- type apparatuses with high gas (vapor) loads, and small liquid loads. SUBSTANCE: mass-exchange plate of bubbling type has inlet pocket with overflow plank partition installed across flow nearby inlet pocket. Rectangular apertures are originated in the partition, alternating piers. Aperture in the partition is higher than gas-liquid layer on the plate. Ratio of partition width to width of piers alternating apertures is constant taken along partition length. Ratio of total width of all partition apertures to length of overflow plank nearby plate inlet pocket is admitted within limits (1:10) - (1:7). Partition with alternating apertures and piers is equipped with a plank attached to all piers at the lowest partition part. The partition is installed onto the plate in such a manner that lower plank is fit closely to the plate. EFFECT: improved mass exchange between large volume of gas (vapor) and small volumes of liquid. 6 dwg
