FIELD: devices of mass-transfer towards for interaction of gas(vapor)-liquid systems designed for conducting the processes of absorption, rectification, gas scrubbing; may be used in chemical, petrochemical, gas and other industries. SUBSTANCE: bubble-cap tray includes horizontal plate, round in cross-section with central vapor round cap having perforations in its side walls. Trays are installed one above another in vertical cylindrical tower. Vertical discharge tube is installed between the walls of tower and cap so that lower edge is located from plate at a distance equalling a quarter of the inner diameter of discharge tube, and upper edge is located above plate of upper tray. Discharge tube is tightly fitted in plate of upper tray between tower wall and cap, and vertical transfer tube is mounted into tray plate between tower wall and cap so that upper edge is located at some distance from tray plate, and lower edge is located from plate of underlying tray at a distance equalling a quarter of its inner diameter. Novelty of the invention consists in the presence of diametrical partition above cap and perforations in the form of arched slots with convexity directed upward on tray plate and axes directed tangentially from discharge to transfer tubes, and arched slots in lower edges or cap with convexity directed outside and at an acute angle to vertical plane towards transfer tube. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
