SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1 with charging 2 and discharging 3 branch pipes, bushings 4 with notches 5 are fixed on internal surface of housing. Drive shaft 6 with knives 7 in deposited inside housing. Each consequent knife 7 in relation to previous one is shifted by 360 deg./n, where n - number of knives. Relationship between width of bushing notch and depth of knife getting into it makes up 1:1-1:2. Angle of blade rotation in charging zone is 20-40 deg.
