FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel casting ladle includes jacket which bottom has steel plate with sockets to mount casting cups and gate installed in socket positioned in discharge hole of ladle. Ladle bottom is reinforced with rigid ribs. Arrangement of casting sockets in steel plate ensures stability of their position when taking in vertical jet of metal during casting which prevents washout of ingot mould and raises quality of cast metal.
