SUBSTANCE: for preparation of bitters used as vegetable raw birch buds and fresh flowers of black locust and 50-% aqueous-alcohol liquid at the following mass ratio 0.8-1.2:1.6-2.4: 41.7-62.5, respectively; sugar syrup, spirituous infusion of birch buds and fresh flowers of black locust are put at blending in aqueous-alcohol liquid at mass ratio 0.9-1.1:1.2-1.4:216-214, respectively, and after blending bitters are finished up to concentration of 40-% blend.
