FIELD: turbine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to manufacture of parts of gas-turbine engines by directional crystallization, it may be used in optical industry, semiconductor and chemical technologies. Process is distinguished as seed is additionally set into horizontal reciprocating motion in process of vertical drawing relative to surface of melt along rotational axis of this seed with changes of positions of points of return and swing of these reciprocating motions in correspondence with profile of article. Process is carried out in device with melting pot made in the form of V-shaped tube. Means of material feeding is located above one end of tube, seed holder is placed above its other end. Seed holder is mounted for rotation about horizontal axis and is connected to means of reciprocating movement along this axis. Process makes it possible to manufacture stronger turbine discs of complex shape as unit with shaft. EFFECT: increased manufacture efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
