FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: transducer comprises dielectric substrate whose both sides are rough. One of the sides is provided with arranged in series platinum pin contacts and gas-sensitive member made of a film on the basis of tin dioxide alloyed with indium and antimony in the same percentage. The opposite side of the substrate is provided with platinum heater.

EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and reduced power consumption.
