FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: device has photoreceiver and diaphragm mounted in front of photoreceiver. Diaphragm is made in form of disk with through slit capable of rotating. Slit is made in form of narrow strip being non-concentric to axis of rotation. Focussing system is mounted between disk and photoreceiver. Focussing system builds image of slit onto other slit diaphragm, which closes entrance of photoreceiver and is capable of rotating about optical axis. As a result, tested beam may be probed along different azimuths. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement of spatial distribution of intensity. 1 dwg
