FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: measuring device has photoreceiver and rotating diaphragm mounted in front of photoreceiver. Diaphragm is made in form of a set of hollow pipes with calibrated holes at side walls. Pipes are mounted onto rotating disk with holes being coaxial to channels in pipes. Calibrated holes at different pipes are made at different distances from support surfaces of pipes. Surfaces of pipes and disk made be made to reflect radiation.
