SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to integrated microelectronics and is meant for pre-processor processing of photoelectric signals. The mutichannel readout device for photodetectors has an N-channel readout system, a measuring system, connected through a global readout bus, connecting the output of the channel of the readout system and the input of the measuring system, and a correction bus, connecting the output of the measuring system to the control input of the channel of the readout system. Each channel of the readout system is equipped with an analogue-to-digital converter, the output of which is connected to the global readout bus, and a correcting unit, the input of which is connected to the correction bus.
EFFECT: wider operating range of sensitivity of photodetectors and functional capabilities of devices for pre-processor processing of photoelectric signals.
