FIELD: apparatus for production of protective decorating coatings in vacuum using ionic-plasma spraying. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for production of protective decorating coatings in vacuum by ionic-plasma spraying has vacuum chamber, inside which there are target of spraying material source, anode, thermal emission cathode, holder of sprayed pieces, screen-shutter and also source of operational gas and as aversion at least one source of reaction gasses. Target is made in the form of two circle-shaped members electrically connected and mounted in parallel. Anode is made in the form of one or two electrically connected rings coaxial to cylindrical housing. In the case anode is connected with first source of adjustable voltage of direct current. Target of sprayed material source is connected with second source of adjustable voltage and sources of operational and reaction gasses are connected with inner cavity of vacuum chamber. Apparatus is distinguished for original structure of sprayed material source and anode and provides for presence of screen-shatter between thermal emission cathode and holder, that allows to avoid nonuniformity of ions concentration in area between cathode and anode and rules out undesirable nonhomogeneous in shade of coating. EFFECT: apparatus has original structure of sprayed material source and anode, prevents undesirable concentrations of ions and nonhomogeneous of coating shade. 7 cl, 1 dwg
