FIELD: mechanical engineering; oil coolers of internal combustion engine lubrication systems. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has housing 2 accommodating in its space 3 stack 4 of plates 5 and 6 connected into pairs and forming sections 7 with turbulizers 8 and inner separating plates 9 installed in sections and outer separating plates 10 installed between sections. Holes made in plates from inlet channel 22 and outlet channel 23 to let lubricating liquid in and out of sections. Branch pipes 30 and 31 to let in and out of cooling liquid are connected to space 3 inside housing. Inlet channel 22 and outlet channel 23 first flowing medium are separated by partition 34 formed by bridges of plates separating holes 14 - 21 made in plates. These channels are drop-like in cross section. Outer separating plate 10 has in plan profile with smooth conjugation of forming members. Turbulizer 8 is made up of two components.
