FIELD: SHF equipment, particularly, devices for attachment of diodes. SUBSTANCE: in device comprising a casing with a contact element and a spring-loaded rod, a conducting plate is introduced that moves along the rod axis and has an electric contact with one of the diode leads, forming a capacitor with the casing. A dielectric spacer may be positioned between the conducting plate and casing.
