FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating reaction mass block, apparatus evacuation up to residual pressure 0.02 mm mercury column, high-temperature reaction mass block exposition at 980-1000 C. Evacuation is carried out at block temperature 850-900 C up to residual pressure 5-65 mm mercury column followed by reaction mass block heating at indicated pressure range up to 980-1000 C and evacuation is continued at attained temperature.
