Tie-rod 11 has external handle 12, cavity 13 as additional part of installation canal 10 and internal pressure slots 4 having divergent and convergent segments 14 and 15, respectively, placed one in front of the other and linked to each other at a distances from outer surface of, for instance, wire 16 or instrument stem exceeding the length of maximum pressure stroke distance of roller arresting members 6.
