FIELD: rolled product working equipment. SUBSTANCE: sheet straightening machine has frame connected with cross-piece through columns, lower cassette mounted on frame and slide 5 with upper cassette 6. Cross-piece carries two reducers of pressure device, each provided with independent drive. Left and right-hand pairs of pressure screws 8 rotate separately and in synchronism one with respect to the other. Balancing hydraulic cylinders mounted on cross-piece have stems connected with tie-rods. Lower cassette carries working rolls supported by row of rollers and two guiding rolls mounted without supporting rollers and movable in vertical plane by positioning mechanism. In the process of separate operation of left and right-hand pairs of pressure screws 8, slide 5 and upper cassette 6 with working rolls 16 are tilted so that gap between upper and lower working rolls acquires wedge shape through sheet width. Each working roll 16 rests upon two rows of supporting rollers 17 mounted in casing 18. Each supporting roller 17 is pressed to working rolls 16 by hydraulic cylinder 19. Hydraulic cylinders 19 of each half the row of supporting rollers positioned in one half of cassette 6 are interconnected through pipeline as communicated vessels and are locked through common slide valve. Pressure screws are rotated in nuts 21. Cassette 6 is made from composite frames 24 connected with casing through power link 20. Frames are pivotally fixed on common shaft 22. Each supporting roller 17 of upper cassette 6 is biased to working rollers 16 through spherical shoe 23 and casing 18. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
