FIELD: organosilicon compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: compound of the formula (I) $$$ where A is 1,2,4-triazole-1-yl or imidazole-1-yl; n = 0, 1, 2 or 3; X is halogen, phenyl, alkyl, haloidalkyl, alkoxy or haloidalkoxy, or $$$ is alkylenedioxy; $$$ is alkyl or phenyl, and $$$ and $$$ every is alkyl, and salts of these compounds show antifungal activity. Also, some intermediate compounds synthesized for synthesis of these substances were described. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
