where R1 is alkyl; each of R2 and R3 represents alkyl or alkoxy, or R2 and R3 together form optionally substituted benzene cycle; if R2 and R3 together form said benzene cycle then R1 is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl; both R4 and R5 are hydrogen or they together form ordinary carbon-carbon bond; W is ordinary bond or alkylene; Z is hydrogen atom or cation.
