SUBSTANCE: products: derivatives of carbopenem of the formula (I) where R¹ - hydrogen or methyl; R² - hydrogen or unsubstituted C₁-C₆-alkyl; R³ - COOH or COO^-; Q - means groups of formulas (II) , (III) and (IV) where R⁴-R⁹,R¹¹,R¹² - C₁-C₆--alkyls; R¹⁰ - carbamoyl group; n = 0 or n¹ = 0, 1, 2; m¹ = 0 or 1; Z - groups of formulas (V) and (VI) . Reagent 1: compound of the formula (VII) where R⁴ - sulfonylhydroxy, phosphorylhydroxy; R^3p- - carboxy-protective group. Reagent 2: compound of the formula (VIII) .
