where R1 - hydrogen, alkyl, aryl-substituted alkyl or alkyl substituted with aromatic heterocycle; R2- - aryl-substituted alkyl or alkyl substituted with aromatic heterocycle, or diarylamino; and R3 - carboxy-group or group of the formula -CONH-SO2R4 where R4 - alkyl, and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters showing valuable 5α--reductase activity. The synthesized compounds can be used for treatment and prophylaxis of prostate hypertrophy and other disorders caused by the enhanced levels of 5α--dihydrotestosterone.
