SUBSTANCE: method consists of implementation of distraction. In this case, after healing of injuries lengthening of the stump of a finger is carried out; osteotomy of tubular bones of the stump of finger is carried out and then its distraction is carried out by distraction apparatus that is installed on the finger stump. Then by means of distraction the tubular bone of the finger stump is lengthened for 2-3 mm per day. After achieving the desired length of the stump distraction apparatus is removed. Then the place of installation of the endoprosthesis is marked out, an additional osteotomy is produced with a sweeping of channel of a tubular bone finger stump and then one or more endoprosthesis is installed in a tubular channel of finger stump. Following the installation of the endoprosthesis plastic of flexors and extensors tendon may be produced. In case if two or more fingers were initially damaged, when forming the metacarpophalangeal joints, at lengthening finger stump of metacarpal hand, dermepenthesis may be performed in order to divide stumps of fingers. The installation place is determined by the interphalangeal implant radiography.

EFFECT: use of the present invention can restore the function of mobility stumps of fingers after the amputation of fingers.
