FIELD: production of industrial rubber articles, production of tires. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out in the presence of catalytic system. Said system comprises complex of halogenide, cobalt carboxylate or cobalt acetyl acetonate with triphenylphosphine (its quantity being 0.01-0.50 moles per 1 mole of monomer) and aluminium compound. Isobutyl aluminiumoxane having common formula (i-C4H9)2Al(OAl-i-C4H9)nOAl(i-C4H9)2, is used as said aluminium compound. Preliminary interaction takes place by consequently feeding of isobutylalumoxane, and said cobalt complex with triphenylphosphine, atomic ratio aluminium and cobalt being 50-400, said components are mixed at (-20)- (+20) C.
