FIELD: microwave heating devices. SUBSTANCE: device has heating chamber, in which dielectric waveguide is located. Inner volume of dielectric waveguide is isolated from liquid. It is connected to metal waveguide. Heating chamber is located in vertical direction and filled with extension piece which is supported by grating which holes contain outer pipe branches for liquid removal. Upper part of liquid supply chamber has distribution gear cylinder and distribution grating which is located in gear cylinder and which holes also contain outer pipe branches. Device may be used in chemical industry and other industries for thermal processing temperature hardened polymers which are used as binders. EFFECT: uniform heating of liquid for all volume of chamber, stable quality of binder and increased reliability of device. 1 dwg
