FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: meat-bone raw is placed in the closed volume where treated with live steam under pressure 1.5-5 atm. After at least 2.5 h treatment volume is sealed and product is kept for at least 4 h up to final temperature 100 C, not below. Broth is filtered, dried and the prepared powder is diluted and animal enzyme is added at temperature 50 C (not above). Hydrolysis is carried out at pH value 8.1 (not less) for at least 2.5 h. Then pH value is brought about to 4.3, boiled, filtered, pH value is increased to 7.9 followed by the repeated product boiling and filtration. Then product can be dried. Nutrient media prepared by the proposed method can be used in veterinary science. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 8 cl
