Method involves preparing monoclonal antibody interacting with α-TNF, its fragments and the strain of hybrid cells producing this antibody. Strain is prepared by fusion of murine splenocytes immunized with human a-TNF with cells of myeloma NSO. Monoclonal antibody produced by this strain and its fragments show high affinity interaction with human a-TNF and neutralize its action under conditions in vitro.
