FIELD: devices which measure characteristics of ionizing radiation. SUBSTANCE: device has scintillation detector, which is designed as two identical organic crystals and photomultipliers. Crystals are located at angle in range of 90-0 degrees with respect to direction to neutron source. Comparison circuit which is connected to detector in electronic unit generates signal which is equal to difference between currents in two photomultipliers and proportional to flux of thermonuclear neutrons due to angular anisotropy effect.
