Method involves grinding of grapefruits and pulping juice from skin and pellicles, extracting with hot water, filtering. The latter is carried out into two stages: on first stage, juice is filtered, solid is joined with skin and pellicles and then extracted with hot water. On second stage, filtrate is joined with filtered on the first stage juice, adding saccharosa and ascorbic acid, thinned with water, and saturated.
