SUBSTANCE: per 100 decalitres of finished drink: according to the first version of inventions group, soft drink contains 111-115 kg of sugar, 5-15 kg of rosehips extract, 1.5-3 l of yarrow extract, 1-2 l of John's wort extract, 5.5 kg of carbon dioxide and water - balance. According the second version of drink, extract used is extract of feijoa in amount of 20.0-30.0 kg. According to the third version, extract used is extract of dried apricots and extract of John's wort in amount of accordingly 25.0-30.0 kg and 1.0-2.0 l, and sugar in amount of 81-90 kg. According to the fourth version, drink contains sugar in amount of 85-95 kg, extract of cornel -20.0-30.0 kg, anthocyanin - 1.5-2.0 kg, carbon dioxide - 5.5 kg and water - balance. According to the fifth version, drink contains 35-45 kg of fructose, 0.3 kg of stevioside, 5-15 kg of rosehips extract, 1.5-3 l of yarrow extract, 1-2 l of John's wort extract and water - balance. According to the sixth version, drink contains 35-45 kg of fructose, 0.3 kg of stevioside, 20.0-30.0 kg of feijoa extract and water - balance. According to the seventh version, drink contains 25-35 kg of fructose, 0.3 kg of stevioside, 25.0-30.0 kg of dried apricots extract, 1.0-2.0 l of John's wort extract and water - balance. According to the eighth version, drink contains 25-35 kg of fructose, 0.3 kg of stevioside, 20.0-30.0 kg of cornel extract, 1.5-2.0 kg of anthocyanin and water - balance. Drink may additionally contain citric and/or ascorbic acid, caramel colour and at least one natural flavour.
EFFECT: invention provides for production of high-calorie drinks for maintenance and strengthening of health and low-calorie ones for prevention of disorders in hydrocarbon exchange and gastrointestinal diseases.
