FIELD: lines of electric welding aggregates. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes accumulator in the form of rod 1 with rotary arm 2, driven pusher 6 for knocking out coils and uncoiling mechanism 4 with drive 5 for horizontally moving it. Pusher is placed on rotary arm normally relative to it, coaxially with uncoiling axis and it is spaced from rotation center of arm by distance S equal to coil pack radius. Such design allows to displace working zone of accumulator from uncoiling mechanism, to eliminate possibility of impinging coil pack and uncoiling mechanism and to provide quick and reliable arrangement of coil pack onto uncoiling axle.
