FIELD: electric heaters. SUBSTANCE: method for device manufacturing involves design of insulation layer from 100-300 weight parts of glass fiber and 100 weight parts of liquid glass binder with hardening agents, for example with 3.5-10 weight parts of silicon, sodium fluoride or zinc oxide and filler, for example from 50-150 weight parts of aluminum oxide or chalk. Layers of current conducting material are made from same binder with addition of 5- 20 weight parts of graphite and 0.1-5 weight parts of carbon fiber. Method provides possibility to shape 2-10 heating plates simultaneously between two metal sheets which are tied up by channel bars with bolts on their ends. Heating plates are separated with air-penetrable counter-adhesive layers. Middle of assembly between plates to be generated has preliminary generated heating plate which is connected to power supply.
