FIELD: medicine, particularly, extremely high-frequency reflexotherapy. SUBSTANCE: radiator is rectangular waveguide section having slit in its upper wide wall and cut in its lower wide wall, with slit and cut being made symmetrically with respect to longitudinal plane of waveguide; moreover, slit length is less than one of waveguide, and cut width is decreased along longitudinal waveguide axis as a linear function starting from full width of waveguide and going to zero at inlet opening of waveguide; inserted in slit is conductor making electric contact with edge of waveguide upper wall; one end of conductor is located in the vicinity of biologically active point, and cut edge situated in lower wide wall of waveguide is electrically connected to skin surface; this design allows resonance absorption frequencies in the vicinity of biologically active point to be determined using nonuniformity of radiation reflection coefficient. EFFECT: reduced energy loss in propagating EHF-wave between skin surface and biologically active point.
