FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic solution by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water corrected on reverse-osmosis installation with hardness up to 0.10 mole/cu.m in terms of preparation 50-% strength vodka. The prepared solution is thoroughly mixed, its strength is corrected, and then solution is cleaned by activated carbon and filtered on carbon-cleaning battery. Glycerin is filtered and simultaneously with 65.8-% sugar syrup introduced at mixing in vodka. After introduction of ingredients vodka is mixed, and, if necessary, its grade is corrected, and bottled after obligatory control filtration. Ingredients are used in the following ratio per 1000 dal of prepared product: glycerin, 0.2-0.5 kg; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water corrected on reverse-osmosis installation with hardness up to 0.10 mole/cu.m, the balance, up to 50-% strength.
