FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves introduction of citric acid in mineral water of Tagarsky spring, mixing, adding potable water and ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification. The prepared mixture is filtered through activated carbon, and finally, through sand filters, aged, and honey is introduced in it. The prepared vodka is bottled. The product has the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: citric acid, 0.1-0.2 kg; honey, 4.5-5.5; mineral water of Tagarsky spring, 190-210 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and mixture of potable and mineral waters, the balance. The process technology is simplified by using of mineral water.
