FIELD: automotive industry; automobile engines with fuel injection. SUBSTANCE: engine has intake pipes connected with combustion chambers, limited at side of combustion chambers by intake valves and connected by common ends with receiver. It has also device to suppress noise and ripples of gas mounted on intake system members. Noise and ripples suppressing device is made in form of hollow tight housing enclosing intake pipes and arranged between receiver and intake valves. Housing and receiver spaces communicate through pipeline, and sections of intake pipes placed inside housing are provided with through holes. Plug made of gas permeable noise suppressing material can be placed inside pipeline. EFFECT: improved efficiency of noise and ripples suppression within wide frequency range in engine intake manifold. 2 cl, 2 dwg
