FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices aimed at improving filling of multicylinder engines. Proposed engine has cylinder head with intake holes, intake branch pipes directly connected to intake holes and getting into gas collecting receiver, and union installed along receiver space. Outlet of union is connected to air cleaning and engine fuel feed system, and its inlet edge is stopped by opposite end face wall of receiver. Union is made perforated on part of its length. Receiver accommodates solid cross partitions made of porous foamed material with open pores or of fibrous metallic gas-permeable material. These partitions divide receiver into chambers of equal volume whose number is equal to number of connecting holes for intake branch pipes. Perforation holes on union are grouped in form of belts, each being arranged in middle part of corresponding chamber formed by cross partitions or cross partition and end face wall of receiver nearest to this partition. Gaskets made of porous metallic gas-permeable material can be mounted on inner surface of end face walls of receiver. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of intake system owing to better filling of cylinder, reduced noise in operation. 3 cl, 11 dwg
