FIELD: special-purpose systems for generation of alarm and warning signals about an accident in industrial enterprises, ships, aircrafts, mines, etc. SUBSTANCE: device has an analog-to-digital converter introduced into a known alarm signalling system. Converter output is connected to a signal counter connected in turn to a comparator and an executive unit. Unit output is closed by an external subscriber loop. Device has also a microprocessor for generating speech commands. EFFECT: improved capability for immediate detection of accident place and character and for transmission of formal emergency voice commands to both attending personnel and higher leadership or in emergency action divisions. 3 dwg
