Blood is divided into plasma and erythrocytic mass in a system of plastic packages by centrifuging and removing toxic patient plasma, performing substitutional alloplasmotransfusion and autotransfusion of erythrocyte suspension, the erythrocyte suspension autotransfusion being carried out after its irradiation with ultraviolet radiation at a dose of 400-500 J/J/m².
