Average length τ of cracks and volume of regions of cracks formation are measured, limiting number n*= V(er)-3 of cracks is calculated and measured of damage of material at time moment t is determined as probability Qi(t) of formation of cluster from i initial cracks by relation , where K(t) = [V/n(t)]1/3/r; e is base of natural logarithms.
