Main needles 3 are positioned on bearing plate 1 in sockets 2, each of which is adapted to hold main needles 3 of different diameters. Main needles 3 are removable and fixed in sockets 2 by means of positioner 4. Ligature holders 6 are carried by comb 5. EFFECT: good-quality and reliable sutures are obtained. 2 cl, 3 dwg
