SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments. Controlled surgical instrument comprises a tubular-rod working member and a handle, as well as a hollow cylindrical tip. Handle contains two semicircular spring-loaded branches, fixed on a flat base, in which the internal core of the working element is fixed by screws fixed on the base. Hollow cylindrical tip is connected to the base and has an aspiration flushing hole and comprises a plunger of the working member moving longitudinally inside the tip and having an aspiration flushing hole and a plug covering the flushing liquid outlet in the direction opposite to the working member, connected to the working member tube and pivotally connected to the two semicircular spring jaws.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides effective high-accuracy control of 0,3–0,5 mm (30G–25G) surgical elements at the end of the tubular-rod working member.
