FIELD: brewery; opening and closing of unloading device mounted on filter vat bottom in process of spent grains discharge. SUBSTANCE: seat and rotary plate shutoff member are installed in housing. Plate is hinge-connected with drive lever by means of pin with spherical head and insert. Washer with four holes is rigidly connected to lever. Bolts spring-loaded relative to washer freely pass through holes. Connection of bolts with insert provides turning of plate around spherical head of pin. EFFECT: facilitated discharge of spent grains. 4 dwg
