Eccentric pusher 6 has longitudinal cross-section which maximum height is bound to the depth of groove 5 and maximum height of fastening member 8 by relationship a= b+c+d, where a is the groove depth, b is the maximum height of fastening member 8, d is the value of guarantee gap. The value of eccentricity of pusher 6 and the width of groove 5 are bound with a formula l= + 2s + k, where l is the width of groove 5, M is the torque of axle 7, g is the eccentricity value, π = 3,14, is equal to 3.14, (τ_cp) is permissible cutting stress, s is the working wall thickness of pusher 6, k is the guarantee gap providing movable connection.
