FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has movable saw 1 with stem 2 on bearing surface 3, casing 4 and engine 5 connected to casing 4 and to saw 1 through motion converter 6 having movable eccentric pusher 8 with axle 9. The device has bearing surface 3 as disk set on axle 9 corresponding to guiding surface 10 made on stem 2 which width is calculated from a formula a= 2(e+r), where a is the width of surface 10, r is the maximum radius of pusher 8, e is the eccentricity of pusher 8. Disk radius is related to the maximum radius of pusher 8 through relationship R=+br, where R is the disk radius and b is the allowance coefficient equal to 0.1-0.6 mm. Motion converter 6 has adjustment unit as bushing 11 fixed on axle 9 movably and fixedly bound to casing 4, for instance, with check-nut 12. Stem 2 has groove 7.
