SUBSTANCE: device has engine 2 connected to casing 1 and cutting blade 3 with rest 4 connected to engine 2 by means of shaft 7 mounted on plain bearings 5 and 6 with fixed link 8 having slot 9 for movable eccentric 10. Plain bearings 5 and 6 are shock-proof bushings having auxiliary working surfaces so that the first bearing 5 has auxiliary working surfaces 11 and 12 for rest 4 and link 8, respectively, and the second bearing 6 has auxiliary working surfaces 13 and 14 for link 8 and compensator 15 of fit-up gaps mounted in casing 1 provided with lubrication plug 16, respectively.
