FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has engine 2 connected to casing 1 and cutting blade 3 with rest 4 connected to engine 2 by means of shaft 6 mounted on plain bearings 4 and 5 with fixed link 7 having slot 8 for movable eccentric 9. The first bearing 4 is bushing with auxiliary working surface for clamps 10 and 11 of working blade 3 having guiding fixing members 12. The second bearing 5 is made as movable compensator unit to be used in operation and fit-up gaps having lubrication cavity 13 and outer surface connected with casing 1 provided with lubrication plug 14. The shaft has intersecting lubrication canals 15. The working blade is designed as saw or knife. EFFECT: simplified design; improved functional properties of the device. 6 cl, 4 dwg
