FIELD: metallurgy; ladle treatment of metal. SUBSTANCE: method includes blowing-through of metal with inert gas, introduction of alloying materials and deoxidizer with the help of lance. In so doing, alloying materials and deoxidizer are preliminarily immersed in container in metal down to depth of 50-200 mm from metal surface for 3-5 s, lifted and held in the air for 2-3 min, then, again, periodically immersed into metal to depth increased with each immersion by 200-400 mm until monolithic block from pieces of alloying material and oxidizer is formed, which is immersed into metal to depth of 100-200 mm from ladle bottom with simultaneous blowing-through with inert gas, with its flow rate brought to 80-100 cu.m/h, and gas flow rate in metal blowing-through at depth of 100-200 mm is maintained in the amount of 20-30 cu. m/h. Lance for metal alloying has tube lined with refractory materials and carrying, on its lower part, block of regents made in tiers, whose number corresponds to alloying material and deoxidizers loaded in block.
