FIELD: Ceramics production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing circuit plates, substrates, microwave transistors, houseware for microwave ovens, etc. Starting components are hydrolyzed in heterogeneous mixture, to which, in the last stage of hydrolysis, filler (quartz, quartz glass, cordierite) in amount 5-90 vol.% is added. Mixture is then stirred for 7-10 min in propeller mixer and gel-formation accelerators are introduced. Resultant gel is dried, calcined at temperature by 100-150 C below caking temperature of borosilicate constituent. As gel-formation accelerators, soluble magnesium, calcium, barium, molybdenum, and tungsten salts are used in quantity 0.03-5 wt % on conversion to corresponding oxides. Characteristics: ε = 4.2-4.5, d = 80-100 MPa, and caking range 60-130 C depending on filler content. EFFECT: improved procedure. 3 cl, 4 tbl
