FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: alcohol and water were mixed and an aqueous-spirituous liquid (40%) is obtained. Sodium hydrocarbonate is dissolved in water, mixed with citric acid and sodium citrate is added in the process of alcohol and water mixing. Sugar as sugar syrup (65.8%) or sugar an aqueous solution and ascorbic acid were added to an aqueous-spirituous liquid, mixture is purified by its passing through the activated carbon, filtered and poured. Ready vodka has the following ratio of components, kg/1000 dal: sodium hydrocarbonate 0.6-0.8; citric acid 0.4-0.6; ascorbic acid 0.09-0.12; sugar 9.5-10.5, and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of product.
