FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: alcohol and water were mixed and mixture is prepared (40%). Sugar as 65.8% sugar syrup or sugar solution is added in the process of mixing. Mixture is purified on coal columns and a mixture of vitamin B1 with lactic acid preliminary kept for 20-30 min, and natural honey were added followed by filtration and pouring. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka, improved method of production.
